Job Description:
As an Operations Manager at Saudi Global Port Company, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the organization’s operations. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for implementing effective processes and practices, ensuring compliance, and enhancing performance at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried out in a cost-effective and efficient manner
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Ensure the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Train and supervise staff
